 Our Thanksgiving pairings to inspire you as you gather and celebrate being together:

 Cultivar Brut Rosé
        Serve with oysters on half shell

        Assorted cheese board including goat cheese, green olives, Manchego, Marcona almonds, and mini peppers

Pair with a green salad with pears, candied pecans, gorgonzola with champagne vinaigrette

  Serve with your Turkey with rosemary chestnut stuffing and sides of green beans, Brussel ​sprouts with bacon, sweet potatoes, or garlic mashed ​potatoes

October Seasonal Dishes at Cultivar San Francisco

New Farm to Table Fall Flavor Seasonal Dishes Are Here

Exciting News – New Fall Menu is here.

We’re thrilled to present our new fall seasonal dishes, made with the freshest farm-to-table ingredients. From comforting classics to hearty dishes, and a twist on favorite burrata dish our updated menu has something for everyone.

Start with our Blood Orange & Burrata with fennel marinated in Meyer lemon vinaigrette, cara cara oranges, tangerines, balsamic reduction, red orach paired with 2023 Cultivar Sauvignon Blanc.

Try our Mushroom Risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano, chanterelles, hen of the woods, cremini mushrooms Cultivar Chardonnay, Alexander Valley.

Taste our Chef’s Fettuccine “Mary’s” chicken, hickory smoked bacon, prosciutto di parma, Cultivar Sauvignon Blanc, pumpkin, cream, pepitas pair it with our Pinot Noir or Cultivar Chardonnay.
 
House made Pasta
 
Our favorite new dish is the Pork Chop with apple puree, carmelized bosc pears and Granny Smith apples, balslamic onions, frisee salad paired with 2020 Cultivar Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast. Chef will be sharing the recipe for it with our Cultivar Wine Club members with our November Wine Club shipment.

For seafood lovers we have Salmon & Langoustine with mashed potatoes, sauteed spinach, langoustine sauce with tarragon pair with Cultivar Pinot Noir, Russian River.

For vegetables we have Roasted Beets with Prosciutto di Parma, beets from our Cultivar culinary garden. It can be ordered as a vegetarian dish as well.

Broccoli with whipped feta and sumac is always popular. Pairs well with our Cultivar Steak or Sliders.

The ultimate comfort dish Loaded Mashed Potatoes with Cultivar onions, sour cream and hickory smoked bacon. Pairs with our steak, or share it with friends.
