At Cultivar, farm-to-table sourcing is personal. Our produce, olive oil, wildflower honey, and herbs come straight from Caspar Estate’s gardens, picked at peak season and on our menu within days. To round out the menu, we partner with standout local purveyors and trusted farms for our meats, sustainable seafood, and other seasonal ingredients — all chosen for the same commitment to quality and provenance. The result is a menu that’s always evolving — rooted in our own estate, elevated by the best Northern California has to offer.

Our fish also comes from local anglers working the waters just outside our door — trolling for Chinook Salmon off the Golden Gate and Farallon Islands, pulling Albacore and Bluefin from the deep offshore swells past Half Moon Bay, and catching California Halibut straight from the San Francisco Bay off Angel Island. When the catch comes in, it comes straight to us.
Equator Coffee
We proudly serve Equator Coffees because it is the best! We love that is it local – started in Marin specialty coffee roaster and founded in 1995 by Helen Russell and Brooke McDonnell. Equator was an early adopter of Fair Trade certification (1999) and sources coffee from over 50 producers across 20 countries. All the while staying focused on quality, sustainability, and social responsibility.

Serving Sausalito Liquor was a natural for us. We have partnered with its founder Scott Jampol and have fun having events together. Known for its playful, Sausalito-inspired brand of award-winning spirits, the company blends local charm with quality craftsmanship in every bottle.
