At Cultivar, farm-to-table sourcing is personal. Our produce, olive oil, wildflower honey, and herbs come straight from Caspar Estate’s gardens, picked at peak season and on our menu within days. To round out the menu, we partner with standout local purveyors and trusted farms for our meats, sustainable seafood, and other seasonal ingredients — all chosen for the same commitment to quality and provenance. The result is a menu that’s always evolving — rooted in our own estate, elevated by the best Northern California has to offer.
