Caspar Estate is the Highest Expression of Wine from Cultivar
Caspar Estate is the pinnacle of Cultivar’s winemaking program. Sourced strictly from our Caspar Estate Vineyard in the hills above Rutherford in the Napa Valley, Caspar Estate is our highest expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc.
Crafted by renown winemaker Julien Fayard, our philosophy is aligned to produce Caspar Estate as terroir-driven wines available exclusively by allocation and at Cultivar San Francisco.
Ultra-Premium Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon
We annually produce a limited quantity of Caspar Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. Our Cabernet Sauvignon ships in the Fall and the Sauvignon Blanc ships in the spring. The Cabernet Franc is offered to our allocation members.

Enjoy our Caspar Estate wines at our gorgeous San Francisco restaurant. An experience like no other in wine country – don’t just taste our wines, pair them with great food and great company.
Caspar Estate Allocation – Great Wines, Limited Access
The Allocation consists of two shipments a year.
We release the Sauvignon Blanc in the Spring and Cabernet Sauvignon in the Fall with any remaining bottles sold at our restaurant.
We rarely produce Caspar Estate Cabernet Franc as a single varietal, it is a very small production – less than 40 cases and quite coveted.
Dip Into Our Olive Oil
We harvest olives from a variety of trees at Caspar Estate including a grove of Mission Olive trees planted over 100 years ago. We hand and pneumatically harvest the olives from the trees, and then hand-sort them before delivering to the olive press. Our award-winning olive oil has garnered gold medals from Judges at the Los Angeles County Fair Olive Oil of the World Competition, one of the most prestigious events in the industry.
Heritage Trees Planted: 1878 – 1903
Varietal(s): Mission
Farmed trees Planted: 2000
Varietal(s): Frantoio, Leccino, Coratina, Luca, Manzanillo, Picholine, Pendolino, and Sevillano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Notes: Our Tuscan style extra virgin olive oil has a mature full balance of white pepper and grassy aromas followed by a creamy herbaceous finish. Subtle flavors of tomato leaf and sweet apple pair well with salads, poached fish, seared meat or a rustic baguette.
Savor Our Honey
We raise about a quarter million honeybees to pollinate our orchards, herb, vegetable, and rose gardens. We are mesmerized as we watch them collect pollen from the clover, dandelion, persimmon, pomegranate, blackberries, lavender, rosemary, pistachio, avocado, meyer lemon blossoms and over 100 varieties of roses.
Bee Hives: 30 hives
Helpers: 250,000 honey bees
Wildflower Honey Notes: Our wildflower honey is rustic and addictive. The strawberry-blond product of our thriving bees has a subtle, non-cloying sweetness with notes of dandelion, apple, artichoke, and ripe olive. Pure and unfiltered, it’s ready to spread on toast, add depth to Darjeeling tea, or serve alongside salted meats, piquant marinades and mustards.
